Just a note to advise that Allan Howarth Forest Road in the Chichester State Forest (road to the Newcastle Land Rover Lease) has been temporarily closed by State Forest due to a bridge collapse. There is a 3m wide x 11m long hole in the road which drops 3m into the creek below. There are concerns that there could be more collapses in the area, therefore, clubs and individuals are to stay away from the area. SF have advised they will repair ASAP. I will advise when the road is open to traffic again.

The Central Coast Dirt Riders are hosting the Australian 4 Day Enduro (A4DE), a national off road bike race, in the Wattagan and Ourimbah State Forests between Thursday 27th July and Sunday 31st July. Come along and view the event. Spectators are most welcome.
