Why have Personal Associate Membership? The Personal Associate Membership - evolved out of requests from people who have stated that they do not wish to join a 4WD club but would like to show their personal support of Four Wheel Drive NSW & ACT. It was approved by the club delegates at the February 2004 general meeting.
We don't expect many of these members but recognise that we should be albe to cater for them.
This form of membership is aslo seen as a stepping stone to joining an affiliated club which offer individuals many more benefits than can be afforded by associate membership of the Association. Associate members will be refunded their associate membership fee on a prorata basis on joining an affiliated club. Back to top
Why have clubs involved in recruiting Corporate Associate Members?4wdN&A has an active campaign running to recruit businesses as Corporate Associate Members, and also extend their membership by taking up a sponsorship package.
We want the clubs to actively participate in this recruitment and sponsorship drivep. Such club participation will also minimise potential conflict with the club's own sponsorship schemes.
